What we collect
- Payments: Stripe processes your card payment and holds your payment details, email address and billing information under Stripe's privacy policy. We can see the payment amount, date and the email you gave Stripe.
- The tally: we store how many payments have been made at each amount, plus a payment reference so each one is only counted once. This contains no names.
- Hosting logs: our host (Vercel) keeps standard server logs such as IP addresses for a short time, for security.
Why
To take your payment, show you the tally you paid for, keep financial records we're legally required to keep, and deal with any problems. We don't sell your data or use it for marketing.
How long we keep it
Payment records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes. Tally counts are kept for as long as the site runs.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete data we hold about you by emailing [EMAIL ADDRESS]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site doesn't set its own tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe's checkout page sets cookies it needs to process payments securely and prevent fraud.
